  • High Accountability & Support: This consistent contact ensures you stay on track and feel supported.

  • Step-by-Step Approach: Each session may be slightly different, depending on your needs. We’ll always end with easy-to-implement action steps to keep you moving forward.

3. Text & WhatsApp Support

  • Ongoing Motivation: Between sessions, you can reach out via text or WhatsApp for quick questions, encouragement, and accountability.
